Our end of lease clean is a full top-to-bottom detail designed to meet agent or landlord standards. It includes: Deep kitchen clean (including oven, stovetop & rangehood) Bathrooms (toilet, shower, grout, mirrors, tiles) Full surface wipe-down Floors vacuumed & mopped Window interiors + tracks Skirting boards, switches, doors, fans Optional add-ons: blinds, balconies, garages, external windows.
How long does a clean usually take?
It depends on the size and condition of your space. We’ll always provide a time estimate when quoting, and keep you updated if more time is needed on the day.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
You’re welcome to be, but we actually prefer when the space is empty so we can get on with the job efficiently and without interruption.
As long as we have access, you can relax knowing we’re fully insured and treat every property with care and respect.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking may incur a late cancellation fee, especially for large or blocked-out cleans. This helps us cover team time and lost bookings
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Absolutely. We bring everything needed, including professional-grade tools and products. If you have something specific you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance.
